My approach is relationship focused to offer you safe and supported treatment involving genuineness, warmth, humor, and acceptance. I see my role as therapist is to walk beside you, helping to clear a path for you to discover your needs and goals. We will work together to nurture your inner wisdom and skills, while also building new ways to cope. I believe you are survivor, and that thriving beyond surviving is possible.

I have a passion for working with adult individuals to address trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotion regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief/loss. My practice using EMDR has been a powerful experience. In addition to use of the Standard Protocol, I have specialized EMDR training targeted to help support individuals living with Complex Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) and those experiencing dissociative symptoms.
